RepairMySauna.com stands behind every single product that we provide. We offer a warranty for each product to be free of defects in terms material and workmanship under normal use and service.

The length of the Warranty Period may be determined by referring to the warranty period chart. (below)
This warranty covers products manufactured by RepairMySauna and sold under the trade name RepairMySauna.

The warranty period commences on the invoice date/sales transaction and it is not transferable (unless extended warranty is purchased).
Failure to provide the invoice number on the warranty claim will cause the warranty period to begin on the day the item was ordered.
A complete warranty claim should accompany all parts submitted to RepairMySauna for warranty consideration.
The claim should contain all required information. Lack of proper information will result in denial of a warranty claim.
Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the part is removed from the infrared sauna unit.
Shipping for products submitted to RepairMySauna for warranty consideration must be prepaid.
Repaired or replaced RepairMySauna will be returned, shipping and handling charges will be billed to the customer. No charge will be made for labor or material in effecting such repairs.

Excluded from warranty coverage are acts of nature, such as electrical storms, floods, fire, etc., acts of war and terrorism, criminal acts, and other customer damage and negligence For the extended warranty to apply it must be purchased with the product. RepairMySauna requires the examination of ALL products or parts to confirm their material failure and/or failure of workmanship.

In the sole judgment of RepairMySauna, this warranty does not apply if:

The product has been subject to accident, faulty repair, improper adjustment, installation, lubrication, or wiring, neglect, misuse; or is caused by failure of a part not manufactured by RepairMySauna.

if any RepairMySauna product is used for a purpose for which it is not designed, and/or altered in any way, that adversely affects its performance and/or reliability.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO LOSS OF EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. RepairMySauna SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising out of or from the use of RepairMySauna products by the customer. The obligation of RepairMySauna under this warranty is limited to making good by repair or replacement, as RepairMySauna deems most appropriate.

This warranty does not apply to products or parts where adjustments will correct the alleged defect. RepairMySauna neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume on its behalf any other warranty or liabilities in connection with RepairMySauna products.

WARRANTIES FOR REFURBISHED AND REPAIRED ITEMS

We try to prolong the life of most items and we’re confident that they will last after we fix them.
Many of the parts we replace entirely are subsequently repaired. Some are refurbished and there is a distinction.

Difference between repaired and refurbished

Repairing an item is simply fixing the fault which has made it inoperable. It may also include some of the actions that are part of the refurbishment process.

Refurbishment is akin to giving an item a factory reset, cosmetic alterations and resupplying the corresponding materials. It does not mean that the item in question was broken.
In practical terms, whether a product was repaired or refurbished also depends on the nature of the product in question. Please ask about a particular item if you are concerned.

DIAGNOSTIC FEE

In order to assess malfunction or a fault with your sauna we charge a diagnostic fee in the amount of $95
A diagnostic fee is a non-refundable payment that is subtracted from the eventual repair invoice if you decide to go ahead with repairs.

Examples:

Example 1
Simon found a problem with his infrared sauna. He submitted all the details to us, such as the make/model, images of the faulty item along with the non-refundable diagnostic fee. We found the issue and we offered to fix the broken part, offering a replacement for $300. The repair invoice included $95 already paid towards the repair.
So Simon paid another $205 instead of $300 as the initial diagnostic fee of $95 was subtracted from the final balance.
Simon is enjoying his sauna.

Example 2
Sarah is experiencing a problem with her infrared sauna. She submitted all the necessary details, the make and model, description of the issue and photographs of the parts which may be to blame for it.
After paying a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $95 we offered to fix the parts in question. The total invoice adds up to $600 including postage and packaging. So she sends the parts to us and we fix them before sending them back for an additional $505.
Sarah follows simple instructions and enjoys the sauna the same day.
